About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German-speaking B2B Solutions Consultant to provide client advocacy and technical support within the Customer Support Services industry. The role is based in Bulgaria and focuses on assisting enterprise-level clients, resolving complex business inquiries, and delivering value-driven solutions. The successful candidate will communicate in German, build professional relationships with partners, work with cross-functional teams to improve service processes, and document client interactions in the internal CRM. The position includes paid training and relocation support.

Requirements

• Native or fluent spoken and written German.
• Valid EU passport.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or B2B advisory role, ideally within Customer Support Services.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in German.
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with modern business communication platforms.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on professional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, providing assistance within the Customer Support Services sector.
