Responsibilities

• Act as a primary technical point of contact for business partners regarding cutting-edge consumer electronics products.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance of consumer electronics devices.
• Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with partners to drive customer satisfaction and product loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical documentation or firmware challenges.
