Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or customer advisory roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on fast-paced delivery environments.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic supply chain software applications.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site professional opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless coordination within the Logistics & Supply Chain framework.
• Monitor real-time delivery statuses to ensure strict adherence to international shipping timelines.
• Proactively resolve complex supply chain disruptions, including customs delays and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain clear communication with transport partners and warehouse stakeholders to optimize delivery performance.
• Provide expert guidance on logistics procedures to international customers in native-level German.
• Accurately document all logistical correspondence and updates within the internal supply chain management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine delivery strategies and increase operational efficiency.
