We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a German Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria, focusing on complex supply chain coordination. In this role, you will be the vital link between our logistics network and our German-speaking clients, ensuring the seamless execution of delivery operations and maintaining excellence in supply chain communication.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.
• Proven interest or experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive delivery inquiries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional client service.
• Availability for an on-site assignment in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end delivery processes for our Logistics & Supply Chain partners.
• Provide proactive support to German-speaking customers regarding shipment tracking, transit times, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate directly with warehouses and carrier fleets to resolve logistical discrepancies in real-time.
• Maintain high standards of supply chain data integrity within our internal management platforms.
• Execute professional communication across multiple channels to ensure a premium delivery experience.
• Analyze shipping performance metrics to identify opportunities for improved supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with international teams to support the ongoing growth of our Logistics & Supply Chain operations in Bulgaria.
