Requirements

- Maintain high levels of service standards within the fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment.
- Handle complex delivery complaints with professional efficiency, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes and enhance logistical accuracy.
- Utilize advanced supply chain software to track inventory and manage distribution logistics effectively.
