Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong command of English for internal corporate communication.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery inquiries and resolve supply chain bottlenecks for Dutch-speaking clientele.
• Coordinate between warehouse operations and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Proactively monitor shipment statuses to prevent supply chain disruptions and provide accurate updates to customers.
• Maintain high levels of service standards within the fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment.
• Handle complex delivery complaints with professional efficiency, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes and enhance logistical accuracy.
• Utilize advanced supply chain software to track inventory and manage distribution logistics effectively.
