Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced social media environment with high analytical standards.
• Strong proficiency in English to facilitate professional communication within an international team.
• A resilient mindset and the ability to handle sensitive content with maturity and discretion.
• Experience or keen interest in content moderation, risk management, or digital safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content to ensure compliance with community standards and safety policies.
• Analyze complex reports of policy violations and take decisive action to mitigate risks on the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to refine safety guidelines and internal social media protocols.
• Investigate flagged content, including sensitive media, with high attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Provide high-quality support to users by resolving trust and safety issues through German-language communication.
• Maintain platform integrity by identifying emerging trends and potential threats within the social media ecosystem.
• Utilize sophisticated internal tools to track and report on safety incidents effectively.
