The analyst will monitor content, investigate violations, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform safety and compliance.

Requirements

Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in English to communicate effectively within our multinational team.
A keen interest in the social media industry and an understanding of digital community standards.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with maturity and discretion.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to relocate to Sofia for this position.

Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies.
Investigate reports of prohibited content and apply nuanced policy enforcement to protect the global user base.
Analyze emerging trends in digital safety to improve existing moderation protocols and internal processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations regarding platform misuse or safety breaches.
Maintain high accuracy and efficiency standards while processing content queues in a fast-paced social media environment.
Stay updated on local and international regulations that impact digital safety and content distribution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client’s moderation tools and safety framework.
