The Technology Application Center Manager will help develop and execute research trials for shrimp cultivation and the development of nutritional and functional solutions, generating a positive impact on our strategic clients and aligned with the business strategy. They will ensure that research and innovation projects are carried out in a manner that meets established objectives and standards and all applicable protocols. In this role, they will connect with local and global teams in nutrition, technical, and R&D areas.

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience in shrimp cultivation.
• Intermediate English level.
• Experience in advanced statistical analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or other postgraduate degree.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to work on multiple components of comprehensive research projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of research trials or studies, ensuring all involved parties follow established protocols.
• Build strong relationships with internal areas such as nutrition, technical, and R&D at local and global levels.
• Execute necessary training for individuals involved in trials, ensuring they understand all protocols.
• Generate reports of trial or study results, based on data capture and statistical analysis.
• Provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Manage and administer resources, budget, and personnel under their charge.
• Independently manage complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex matters to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
