Young-Davidson is currently recruiting the following challenging position to join our operations team: Geotechnical Engineer in Training (12 Month Contract) Alamos Gold is a Canadian-based gold producer with a long-term track record of creating value for all stakeholders through solid financial performance, low-cost production growth, and a company-wide commitment to social responsibility and environmental stewardship. It is located near the town of Matachewan centrally located between Timmins, Kirkland Lake, North Bay and Sudbury, Ontario. The 2020 completion of a highly automated, lower mine expansion has resulted in Young-Davidson increasing production and generating strong free cash flow. With a large Mineral Reserve base, it will serve as Alamos’ foundation for growth for many years to come. Requirements

B.Sc. in Mine or Geological Engineering.
Affiliation (or eligibility to register) with a Professional Engineering Organization.
Strong safety conscious with a positive attitude
Strong interpersonal, communications, and analytical skills
Strong organization and time management skills.
