About The Position

LBC Mortgage is seeking a curious, ambitious, and unconventional GEO Specialist to increase the company’s visibility and accurate representation across AI platforms and other digital discovery channels. The role focuses on how people use AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to find and compare businesses, and on helping LBC Mortgage appear in those conversations alongside its presence in search and social media.

The specialist will establish and maintain the company’s presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. The work includes keeping business information accurate and consistent, completing profiles, and creating or improving content that clearly explains the company’s services. The specialist will also investigate how the brand appears in AI-generated answers and explore ways AI systems discover and understand trustworthy business information.

This role suits someone willing to learn, work independently, take initiative, and test ideas thoughtfully. The specialist will follow existing strategies while identifying opportunities to improve them, explain proposed experiments, measure outcomes, and use findings to support ongoing progress in a changing digital landscape.

• Explore how LBC Mortgage is mentioned in AI-generated answers and identify opportunities to strengthen its online presence.
• Investigate how AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses.
• Research customer questions and test content strategies and approaches to online discovery.
• Contribute appropriately to relevant online communities.
• Follow the company’s strategy while identifying and proposing improvements.
• Explain ideas for experiments, evaluate their results, and apply learnings to improve visibility.
