About The Position

The Generalist/Blender uses pneumatic hand tools to deburr and restore aero engine turbine airfoil components to their original contour. The role also supports the development of other team members and allows the employee to perform aspects of the role in their assigned area to improve personal development. Other duties may be assigned to support facility needs. Work must comply with environmental, health, and safety rules, procedures, and policies, with the highest level of safety awareness.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Must be a U.S. Person.
Clear communication, analytical skills, creative troubleshooting skills, excellent judgment and professional maturity, and exceptional people and social skills.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
