About The Position

The Generalist/Blender deburrs and restores aero engine turbine airfoil components to their original contour using pneumatic hand tools. The role also supports the development of other team members, takes on work in the assigned area to improve personal development, and performs other duties as needed to support facility needs. The work must comply with environmental, health, and safety rules, procedures, and policies, with a high level of safety awareness. This is an onsite role at Pratt & Whitney’s FAA-regulated Grand Prairie, Texas facility. The position is safety sensitive and requires pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and ongoing random testing under FAA regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Must be a U.S. Person.
Craft clear communication; demonstrate analytical and creative troubleshooting skills, excellent judgment, professional maturity, and exceptional people and social skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
