Requirements

  • Previous experience as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or other senior automotive leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Management and Sales Consultant teams
  • Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance while maximizing profitability
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve dealership goals
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Partner with Finance, Service, and Executive Leadership to support dealership objectives
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
