About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a General Manager to staff the store, manage costs, and develop team members while delivering customer service in a fun, energetic environment. The role also involves operational tasks such as preparing products, processing orders, handling inventory and paperwork, cleaning, and delivering products and promotional materials. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a positive attitude and be self-motivated, customer-service-oriented, and willing to learn and excel.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record for at least two years.
• Have a reliable vehicle and proof of liability insurance.
• Be able to operate all equipment.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
• Perform the physical tasks described, including reaching continuously, occasional reaching above 72 inches, and frequent or forceful hand and forearm use for food preparation and handling equipment and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Staff the store, manage costs, and develop team members.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers or door hangers.
