About The Position

Team Wow is hiring a General Manager to lead a Domino’s restaurant in the Denver Metro area. The role focuses on hiring and developing team members, customer service, food quality, restaurant cleanliness and maintenance, operational performance, and safety. The General Manager is expected to meet service and efficiency targets, prepare the restaurant for EOC scoring, participate in weekly GM meetings, and promptly report incidents to the Director of Operations or District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Log in to RapidHire daily to help ensure the best candidates are being hired.
• Review Evernote feedback from the Director of Operations or District Manager with the management team.
• Drive with one driver each week at the store and provide feedback and tips to improve efficiency.
• Train drivers in “smart hustle.”
• Review SUTUS reports daily and work toward zero calls on hold and 90% of calls answered in fewer than two rings.
• Keep detailed daily notes on free items given away.
• Maintain load times and wait times at three minutes or less.
• Improve driver and in-store hustle to reach an EDT of 18 minutes.
• Maintain 85% DOT.
• Prioritize team member safety.
• Provide a daily to-do list to support impeccably clean and well-maintained restaurants.
• Hire exceptional, friendly people who greet customers with a smile.
• Maintain Perfect Product in the store.
• Prepare stores to score well on the EOC.
• Attend and participate in weekly GM meetings.
• Immediately report incidents to the Director of Operations or District Manager and provide necessary paperwork to insurance companies.
• Hire and staff the store to eliminate overtime.
