About The Position

Team Wow is hiring a General Manager to lead a Domino’s restaurant in the Denver Metro area. The role focuses on staffing and developing an exceptional team, delivering friendly customer service and quality food, maintaining restaurant safety and cleanliness, and meeting operational performance goals. The General Manager is expected to monitor hiring and customer-service reports, coach drivers and team members, maintain product standards, prepare the store for evaluation, participate in weekly GM meetings, and promptly report incidents.

Responsibilities

Log in to RapidHire daily to support hiring the best possible candidates.
Review Evernote feedback from the Director of Operations or District Manager with the management team.
Drive with one driver each week at the store and provide feedback on efficiency and tips; train drivers in smart hustling.
Review SUTUS reports daily and work toward zero calls on hold and 90% of calls being answered in fewer than two rings.
Keep detailed daily notes on free items given away.
Maintain load times and wait times of three minutes or less.
Improve driver and in-store hustle to achieve an 18-minute EDT.
Maintain 85% DOT.
Prioritize team member safety.
Provide a daily to-do list to maintain exceptionally clean and well-maintained restaurants.
Hire exceptional, friendly team members who provide service with a smile.
Maintain perfect product standards in the store.
Prepare stores to score well on the EOC.
Attend and participate in weekly General Manager meetings.
Report incidents to the Director of Operations or District Manager immediately and provide required paperwork to insurance companies.
Hire and staff the store to eliminate overtime.
