The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, food management, staffing, customer relations, and store operations. The manager sets an example for the crew, follows all policies and procedures, and expects the same from team members. Candidates must complete evaluations through Manager in Training before becoming a store manager. Prior pizza experience is not required, but is preferred; on-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position starts at minimum wage, with raises following training evaluations completed by the team member and manager. The listed pay range is $17.13–$21.19. Monthly bonuses may be offered when criteria and responsibilities are met, but are not guaranteed. Newly hired General Managers qualify for medical, dental, and vision insurance upon hire, with benefits available for use after 60 days of employment. Sick pay follows Washington State requirements. The work includes operating store equipment, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The role may require standing and walking for much of the shift, handling deliveries and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, and working around hot equipment, cold storage, food odors, dust, sharp edges, and moving parts. Team members may also encounter adverse weather and delivery-related conditions.
