About The Position

Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken is seeking a General Manager for its Metro Detroit location. This role is responsible for leading every aspect of the restaurant, focusing on operational excellence in service, quality, speed, teamwork, accountability, and cleanliness. The General Manager will drive sales, manage costs, maintain high operational standards, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, building strong teams and systems to ensure consistent success.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to lead in a team environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passionate, positive attitude.
• Food management experience: 2 years
• Food Service: 1 year
• Valid Driver's License (Required)

• Hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members and future leaders.
• Creating schedules that balance excellent guest service with labor budgets.
