About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2pm daily, allowing for a strong work-life balance. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, providing an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the team. This role involves hands-on operation during peak hours, assisting in all positions as needed, and managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and inventory. Comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands-on operator who can simultaneously motivate and inspire the team.
Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets are required.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
