Unassigned General Manager
About The Position
Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2pm daily, allowing for a strong work-life balance. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, providing an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the team. This role involves hands-on operations, including floating into different positions during rushes, managing breaks, and driving positive customer survey results. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and inventory are managed efficiently before opening or after closing. Comprehensive training is provided, including 5 weeks of dedicated instruction.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
- Hands-on operator skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
