Our General Managers have the great and challenging role of overseeing all aspects of the store with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy.

Requirements

1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands-on operators who can simultaneously motivate and inspire the team.
Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Nice To Haves

Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all aspects of the store with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy.
Starting as early as 4am to do the first bake and open the store.
Making sure the store is audit ready.
Ensuring catering/mobile/in-store orders are executed.
Ensuring customers have an exceptional experience.
Floating in all positions where needed during breakfast and lunch rushes.
Keeping up on breaks.
Generating good customer survey results.
Closing and prepping for the next day.
Ordering and inventory.
Taking the daily deposit to the bank.
Recruiting quality team members.
Developing internal talent.
