Unassigned General Manager
About The Position
Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2 pm daily, allowing for a strong work-life balance. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, providing an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the team. This role involves hands-on operations, including floating in all positions during rushes, managing breaks, and driving positive customer survey results. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and inventory can be managed during quieter times before opening or after closing. A comprehensive 5-week training program is provided to prepare successful candidates for this challenging and rewarding role.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
- Hands-on operator.
- Ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

- Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.
Responsibilities
