About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role performs Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver duties and manages a shift team of 3 to 15 employees. The manager is expected to maintain a positive, professional, and safety-conscious environment while delivering customer service and ensuring products meet Domino’s Pizza guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
