About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role performs the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers while managing a shift team of 3 to 15 employees. It also involves customer service, order taking, payment collection, product preparation according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines, and vehicle delivery. The Assistant Manager maintains a clean and organized work environment and a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer-relations control.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.

• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
