About The Position

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for customers. You help create a welcoming experience by making customers’ lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create smiles in the community. This is a variable hourly position classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older; a work permit is required in some locations.
Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
Strong communication and basic math skills.
Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.

Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
