About The Position

Bruegger’s Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a store using an ownership-minded approach. General Managers help ensure the store is audit-ready, fulfill catering, mobile, and in-store orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. During breakfast and lunch rushes, they work hands-on in whichever positions are needed, manage breaks, and support strong customer survey results. Administrative duties may include scheduling, ordering, and inventory, and the role also involves taking the daily deposit to the bank. The company provides five weeks of training. The position offers daytime operating hours and opportunities to grow, including advancement to District Manager.
