About The Position

Team Honey Badger is seeking a General Manager to lead a Domino’s store, oversee its operations, and develop the team. The role is responsible for the store’s success and for ensuring customers receive the quality and service Domino’s is known for. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and strong communication are essential.

The General Manager leads daily operations, coaches employees, and helps create a positive, productive environment for both employees and customers. Compensation includes a base salary based on store sales volume plus a bonus.

Requirements

• Solid math, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and opening or closing shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may not be permitted under company policy.
