About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring motivated Team Leads to help run store shifts and deliver excellent customer experiences. The role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance into Assistant Manager, General Manager, or other roles. Team Leads are the go-to person on shift in a fast-paced store environment, supporting team members, food preparation, customer service, and daily store operations. Starting pay is $14 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase with training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities
