About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager with ambition to grow into a leadership role. No pizza experience is required; the company provides a paid training program. The position offers opportunities to build management and customer service experience, advance within a company with 56 stores across the US, and contribute to community initiatives and charitable fundraising. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have at least one year of management experience, and have open availability. Employees who operate a motor vehicle for business purposes must meet the stated driving-history and driving-record requirements.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have at least one year of management experience.
- Must have open availability.
- No pizza experience is required; training is provided.
- For business driving, an 18-year-old must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have proof of at least one year. A learner’s permit period documented by a government authority may count toward driving history, but an officially stated license is required.
- For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the two years before the MVR evaluation and no more than three in the preceding three years; no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- For business driving, disqualifying violations include leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run, reckless driving, driving violations involving drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, and eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
Responsibilities
- Manage the pizza restaurant and its operations.
- Raise funds for local charitable donations.
- Help feed people in need in the community and support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
- Operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries, if required.
