About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment and handles product preparation, inventory, paperwork, order processing, and facility cleaning. The position also involves delivering products and promotional materials to customers and navigating the designated delivery area.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate the designated delivery area and locate addresses.
