About The Position

Fitness Factory Health Club in Wyomissing is hiring a General Manager for a newly acquired location. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week leadership position oversees the front desk and supports the club’s major operational areas, including equipment oversight, cleanliness, club tours, membership sales, marketing, outreach, and day-to-day facility management. The role is suited to an energetic, organized leader who is comfortable with sales and confident on the phone, and who can drive operations, membership growth, and overall club success.

The Wyomissing location is described as a state-of-the-art club at 3103 Paper Mill Rd, Wyomissing, PA. Amenities include group fitness, cycling, sauna access, and wellness-focused programming with Recovery. A juice bar is coming soon. Total compensation is listed as $70,000–$90,000 per year, with base salary based on experience and a monthly bonus based on the location’s EBITDA.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of prior fitness management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong basic computer skills.
• Energetic and professional demeanor, with confidence and skill on the phone.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within club operations in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations and ensure a high-quality member experience.
• Manage and support the Front Desk team and general facility workflow.
• Lead membership sales, club tours, marketing, and community outreach.
• Help maintain cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and overall club presentation.
• Support the business side of the club and contribute directly to location performance.
