About The Position
General Manager – KFC/Taco Bell Dual-Brand Restaurant Charleston, SC | $70,000–$80,000 + Bonus Ready to lead two brands under one roof? A well-established, family-run franchise organization with more than 100 restaurants across the Southeast is looking for an experienced General Manager to run a high-volume KFC/Taco Bell dual-brand location in Charleston. This is not a private-equity roll-up. It's a growing company that runs with the accountability and values of a family business, invests in its leaders, and promotes from within. With an active growth strategy across the Southeast, strong GMs have a real path to multi-unit leadership.
Requirements
- Previous General Manager experience running a dual-unit or dual-brand QSR
- Proven track record of hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets
- Strong people leadership, with a history of developing managers and reducing turnover
- Comfort with a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- ServSafe certification, or the ability to obtain it
- Reliable transportation and open availability
Responsibilities
- Run the full P&L for a dual-brand KFC/Taco Bell restaurant: sales, labor, food cost, and controllables
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of shift leaders and crew
- Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service across both brands at once
- Uphold brand standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Build a culture where team members are treated like family and guests feel it
- Drive results through owner-minded decisions and day-to-day urgency
