About The Position

Wingstop is one of the hottest brands in QSR, known for bold flavors and some of the best unit economics in the industry. Our client is a fast-growing Wingstop franchise group with 16 restaurants today and a plan to reach about 50 by 2027. They're looking for a GM in Shreveport who's ready to grow with them. This is a chance to get in early with a company on a steep growth curve, with serious growth opportunities as three new restaurants are under construction right now. Tripling in size means new GM and multi-unit leadership roles opening fast. The leadership team comes from one of the largest QSR franchise organizations in the world, and it's a lean team where strong operators work directly with the owners, not through layers of corporate.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a GM in QSR or fast casual (Wingstop experience is a big plus)
• A track record of growing sales and developing people
• ServSafe Manager certification, or the ability to get it
• High energy, ownership, and the drive to grow into multi-unit leadership

• Own your P&L and drive sales, labor, and food cost results
• Hire, train, and develop a crew that's fast, accurate, and friendly
• Keep in-store, carryout, and digital orders flowing through every rush
• Maintain brand standards for quality, food safety, and cleanliness

Benefits

• $60K–$65K base plus bonus
