About The Position

We're looking for a General Manager who loves to win, builds strong teams, and runs a restaurant like it's their own. Our client is a family-owned McDonald's franchisee with over 20 restaurants and over 20 years in the Tampa Bay area. They are known for award-winning operations and deep community roots, and they are growing. This role offers real money with a $60K–$70K base plus bonus, real growth with ongoing expansion, a clear path to advance, and access to McDonald's Hamburger University training. You'll experience real excellence with top food safety and operations scores across every restaurant. This is a career with real stability, as it's a multi-generational family ownership. You'll also have a real purpose through active support of Ronald McDonald House Charities and local first responders.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a GM in QSR (McDonald's experience is a big plus)
• A track record of growing sales and developing people
• ServSafe Manager certification, or the ability to get it
• Energy, ownership, and a drive to be the best
