About The Position
We're looking for a General Manager who loves building teams, crushing goals, and running a restaurant like it's their own. Our client is a family-owned franchise group with nearly 1,000 restaurants nationwide and is one of the top-ranked QSR franchise operators in the country, offering big-company resources with a family-company heart.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a GM in QSR, pizza, or restaurants
- A track record of growing sales and developing people
- ServSafe Manager certification, or the ability to get it
- Energy, ownership, and a hunger to win
Nice To Haves
- Pizza Hut experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own your P&L and drive sales, labor, and food cost results
- Hire, train, and develop a team that delivers every time
- Keep carryout and delivery hot, fast, and accurate
- Hold high standards and keep the restaurant running smoothly
