About The Position

Our client is a family-owned McDonald's franchisee that has been serving the Texas Panhandle since 1995. They run 15 high-volume restaurants doing $3M–$6M a year, and they're looking for a GM who's ready to lead at that level. Not local? No problem. They'll help you make the move.

Requirements

• McDonald's GM experience highly preferred, or strong GM experience with another high-volume QSR brand
• A track record of running high-volume restaurants and developing leaders
• ServSafe Manager certification, or the ability to get it
• Drive, ownership, and a people-first leadership style

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume restaurant and own sales, labor, and food cost results
• Build, coach, and grow a strong crew and management team
• Deliver McDonald's QSC standards every day
• Create a positive, high-performance culture people want to be part of
