About The Position

Onvo's Burger King is seeking a motivated, results-driven General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager oversees team leadership, customer service, food quality and safety, sales growth, and profitability. The role includes recruiting and developing team members and restaurant leaders; managing labor, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses; scheduling to meet business needs; executing marketing initiatives; and ensuring compliance with Burger King brand standards, company policies, and health regulations. Requirements

• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience managing sales, labor, inventory, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification if not already certified.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Quick-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
