About The Position

Onvo's Burger King is seeking a motivated, results-driven General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager oversees team leadership, customer service, food quality, safety, sales growth, and profitability. The role includes recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members and restaurant leaders; managing schedules, labor, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses; executing marketing initiatives; overseeing cash handling and inventory controls; and ensuring compliance with Burger King brand standards, company policies, and health regulations. The General Manager is expected to lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience managing sales, labor, inventory, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
