About The Position

Burger King is seeking a motivated, results-driven General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager oversees team leadership, customer service, food quality and safety, sales growth, and profitability. The role includes recruiting and developing team members and restaurant leaders, managing restaurant costs and controls, scheduling to meet business needs, and ensuring compliance with brand standards, company policies, and health regulations. The General Manager leads by example and fosters a positive, team-oriented culture.

Requirements

At least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Experience managing sales, labor, inventory, and profitability.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Quick-service restaurant management experience is preferred.
ServSafe certification is preferred; willingness to obtain it is acceptable.

Responsibilities
