About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for the trampoline park’s overall performance, including daily operations, staff leadership, guest satisfaction, safety compliance, and financial results. This hands-on role calls for a strong leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to park operations. The General Manager leads managers and hourly staff, maintains facility standards, handles guest concerns, and helps meet revenue goals. The role also develops local marketing and community engagement initiatives and maintains an energetic, clean, and organized park environment.

Requirements

At least 3 years of management experience.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Comfortable working in a physically active environment.
A background check is required before hiring.

Nice To Haves

Management experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or restaurants is preferred.
Experience with scheduling, labor control, and P&L management.
