About The Position

The role is described in the posting as an Assistant Manager position responsible for everything that happens during a shift and for overall store operations. The Assistant Manager sets the tone for the store, models high standards, and manages a staff of 3 to 30 employees. Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
Positive attitude, motivational skills, and ability to model high standards.

Responsibilities

Manage shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts and motivate the team.
Be responsible for store operations.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
Prepare products quickly and accurately in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Set a positive example for the team through punctuality, attitude, and high standards.
