About The Position

The General Manager (Site Leader) is accountable for all aspects of the business and its operations. This role uses drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to meet and exceed established volume, revenue, and profitability goals. General Managers lead by example, working alongside their team on the front line.

The role leads a team of 10–15 employees and fosters a culture of teamwork and fun in a fast-paced, structured environment. It combines administrative duties with hands-on operational work in an outdoor setting. The position is based on a five-day work week and 47 hours per week; the site closes by 9 PM. Work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required based on company needs. Occasional driving for company business may also be required.

The stated average annual income is $80,000+ in Year 1, $90,000+ in Year 2, and $100,000+ in Year 3. The final offer may depend on multiple factors, including the company’s 80k Guarantee, profit-sharing program, and milestone bonuses.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer-facing and team-facing leadership experience.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work on equipment and perform hands-on work.
• Ability to remain on one's feet for long periods and stand, walk, and move continuously for up to 8–10 hours per shift.
• Willingness and ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, climb, and crouch frequently.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more with assistance.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate car wash equipment, hoses, and controls.
• Visual acuity to monitor vehicle condition, equipment function, and safety compliance.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and communicate clearly in a noisy environment.
• Ability to respond quickly to safety or operational concerns.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with company driving standards if driving for company business.
• Drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
