About The Position

Taco Mac is seeking dynamic General Managers who take pride in developing best in class teams, providing memorable moments for our guests and are business savvy. We are currently in a strategic reinvestment phase, prioritizing the renovation of our existing restaurants, developing innovative approaches to enhance guest retention, and recruiting top talent to lead our operations. In addition, we’re looking for leaders who inspire, coach, and celebrate their teams, people who believe in creating unforgettable guest experiences, and experienced operators who know the fundamentals of running a business (P&L, scheduling, ordering, etc) but also know that Culture drives results.

• Proven track record of driving sales
• Experienced operators who know the fundamentals of running a business (P&L, scheduling, ordering, etc.)
