About The Position

The General Manager oversees all people and operations for a Wendy’s restaurant. The role is responsible for creating and sustaining a fun, inviting work environment and modeling Wendy’s core values. Working with the leadership team, the General Manager builds a culture of consistency and performance focused on customer service, training and development, sales and profit growth, and accountability across the restaurant team. The General Manager manages the P&L to control costs and meet specified profit targets by identifying opportunities in revenue growth, customer service, and process improvement. The listed wage range is USD $60,000.00 to $67,000.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least three years of experience leading people.
