About The Position
LV Petroleum is hiring a General Manager to lead Firehouse Subs restaurant operations. The role is responsible for delivering excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness; developing team members; and driving restaurant performance. The General Manager will support a positive, accountable team culture and ensure consistent execution of company and brand expectations. LV Petroleum is growing toward 100 locations and offers leadership and career-growth opportunities within its expanding organization.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or quick-service restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
- Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and operational budgets.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on management style with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Passion for customer service and developing people.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily Firehouse Subs restaurant operations, ensuring excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive sales, profitability, labor management, and operational performance.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor costs.
- Create a positive, accountable team culture.
- Lead by example and ensure consistent execution of company and brand expectations.
