About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking a motivated, hands-on Assistant General Manager for Firehouse Subs. The role supports daily restaurant operations, leads and develops team members, and helps drive overall restaurant performance. The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager and steps in to lead restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence. LV Petroleum is growing its food service operations and offers opportunities for career advancement and leadership development.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
Help manage labor costs, scheduling, inventory, and food costs.
Ensure food quality, preparation, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintained.
Monitor restaurant performance and help achieve sales and operational goals.
Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Lead restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence.
Foster a positive team environment built on accountability, teamwork, and execution.
