About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for results across assigned stores, including food, labor, and service goals, store budgets, staffing, training, maintenance, and operational standards. The role requires a minimum 50-hour work week, with one day off and one on-call day. The General Manager reviews each month's P&L with their direct supervisor and ensures stores meet performance, safety, service, and reporting expectations.

Responsibilities

Ensure assigned stores meet food, labor, and service goals.
Review each month's P&L with the direct supervisor.
Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza standards.
Ensure all stores are staffed and team members are trained.
Maintain repair and maintenance across all stores.
Ensure new products and ideas are implemented seamlessly.
Ensure all stores operate at a minimum four-star level.
Perform self OERs during the first week of each period and make appropriate corrections.
Complete evaluations and raises as needed, and notify the D.O. with the required paperwork.
Follow through on assignments and ensure reports and paperwork are submitted on time.
Ensure store-level reports and paperwork are complete and accurate.
Know and uphold product and operational standards.
Ensure safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working order.
Maintain store budgets.
Ensure school lunches are prepared and delivered according to the standards required by each school.
Provide accurate, detailed accountability and ensure a paper trail is maintained.
Ensure equipment is available and used correctly.
Perform monthly inventory checks at each store.
Ensure systems checklists and visit books are in place and used.
