About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. The manager must set an example by following all policies and procedures and ensuring the crew does the same. The role also includes general store operations and other duties as assigned. A perfect image and neatly groomed appearance are mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients and prepare products.
- Receive and process phone orders; answer phones and take orders.
- Take inventory and complete paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility, including washing dishes and cleaning the store as directed.
- Provide daily training and orientation.
- Create schedules and manage staffing.
- Control costs and cash, and manage food.
- Maintain great customer service and a perfect image.
- Fold boxes and prep food.
- Follow all policies and procedures and ensure the crew does the same.
