Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front, combining hands-on mechanical expertise with strategic oversight to maintain peak operational performance.
  • Diagnose complex issues and guide technicians through challenges.
  • Drive a service advising process that fosters lasting fleet partnerships.
  • Actively manage performance by analyzing KPIs and financials, adjusting strategy to improve profitability while maintaining service quality.
  • Continuously build and refine systems, including workflow, parts logistics, and fleet maintenance software, to ensure efficient and predictable operations.
