Responsibilities

Lead from the front, combining hands-on mechanical expertise with strategic oversight to maintain peak operational performance.
Diagnose complex issues and guide technicians through challenges.
Drive a service advising process that fosters lasting fleet partnerships.
Actively manage performance by analyzing KPIs and financials, adjusting strategy to improve profitability while maintaining service quality.
Continuously build and refine systems, including workflow, parts logistics, and fleet maintenance software, to ensure efficient and predictable operations.
